Review:	Nearly as good as it's predecessor, Odd Thomas, Forever Odd is a tale of how easily the human heart can be corrupted...but how enduring the faith of some people is at abiding even the most horrific situations and hoping for the future. A childhood friend of Odd Thomas has been kidnapped after his step-dad was brutally murdered. But the most likely suspect is already in jail and so Odd must use his psychic magnetism to draw him into a lair of evil greater than even he could imagine. The horror that awaits and the grace with which Odd overcomes it are what make the story terrific. My criticism for this book would have been to include the same characters from the first Odd Thomas book a little more than just as cameos. But even without that, it's a great offering that shows the master that Dean Koontz is at creating a world we'd all like to visit. Enjoy!
